Privacy Policy

Clear handling for community, media, and AI preview data.

Veliko respects your privacy and aims to explain our practices in clear language. This Privacy Policy describes the categories of information that may be collected when you use Veliko, how that information may be used, when it may be shared, and what choices are available to you.

Information We Collect

We may collect information that you choose to provide directly in Veliko, including account and profile details such as your nickname, profile photo, bio, and related profile activity. When you create or interact with community content, we may process information associated with your posts, images, captions, categories, tags, likes, favorites, and reports.

We may also process information related to messaging and community participation, including conversation identifiers, message content, attached images, read status, and timestamps. If you use optional paid features, we may process product identifiers, purchase states, restored purchases, virtual balance information, and related transaction status needed to support those features.

Veliko may store session and preference information on your device, such as login state, profile snapshots, cache data, message history, likes, AI preview consent choices, and image cache content needed to improve continuity and product performance.

How We Use Information

We may use information to provide and maintain the service, personalize your experience, display profile and community content, support messaging, operate optional paid features, respond to reports, protect the community, troubleshoot issues, and improve product reliability.

When you update your profile or publish content, we may use the information you provide to display that content within the service experience. When you interact with privacy controls, safety tools, or account actions, we may use related information to honor those settings and maintain service integrity.

Images, Community Content, and Messages

If you upload or create community content, that content may be used to operate posting, browsing, profile display, favorites, moderation, and related engagement features inside Veliko. Content you choose to share within the community may be visible to other users as part of the product experience.

If you use messaging features, message text, images, and related metadata may be processed to deliver conversations, display message history, and support account continuity across your use of the app.

AI Preview and Third-Party Processing

Veliko offers an optional AI-powered style preview feature. If you choose to generate an AI preview, Veliko may upload the photo you select and the reference footwear image for processing. This AI preview flow is user-initiated and is not triggered unless you choose to continue.

To support this feature, media may be uploaded to Alibaba Cloud OSS for hosting and transfer, then submitted through OpenRouter to process the request using Google Gemini image capabilities. The information involved in this workflow may include the photo you select, the reference image, related media URLs, prompt content required to generate the preview, and the generated result.

If you do not want this processing to occur, do not continue with the AI preview flow. You may also contact support with privacy questions or requests relating to AI preview processing.

Alibaba Cloud OSS

Media hosting and transfer for user-selected photos and reference footwear images used in AI preview requests.

OpenRouter

Third-party AI request routing used to submit preview requests and receive generated image results.

Google Gemini Image Capabilities

Image generation or editing capabilities used to create footwear style preview output.

Purchases and Payment Information

If you use in-app purchases, transaction handling may involve Apple payment and purchase infrastructure. Veliko may process product identifiers, purchase status, restoration status, and virtual credit updates needed to deliver the purchased feature or balance.

Payment card details are generally handled by the platform payment provider rather than stored directly by Veliko.

Local Storage and Device Permissions

Veliko may request access to your camera or photo library when you choose to capture or select images for your profile, community posts, or AI preview requests. Veliko may also request access needed to save generated or selected images to your photo library when you use save-related features.

The app may use local storage and cached image content to preserve login state, profile updates, message history, preferences, and media continuity on your device.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information with service providers and infrastructure partners when needed to operate features that you request, including media hosting, AI preview processing, and payment-related flows. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, address safety concerns, investigate misuse, or protect users and the service.

When community content is posted for participation in the service, associated content and profile context may be displayed within Veliko as part of the normal social product experience.

Your Choices and Rights

You may choose whether to provide certain profile details, whether to publish community content, whether to continue with AI preview generation, and whether to use optional paid features. You may also contact support to request help with privacy questions, account concerns, or deletion-related inquiries.

If you no longer want to use the service, you may use available account removal or sign-out features where provided. Some information may remain as required to complete transactions, maintain records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

Children's Privacy

Veliko is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the service, please contact us so we can review the request.
