You are responsible for the information you provide in your profile and for activity that occurs through your use of Veliko. You agree to provide accurate information where required and to use the service only for lawful and appropriate purposes.
You retain responsibility for the content you create, upload, send, or otherwise make available through Veliko, including profile images, post images, captions, messages, and related materials. You should only submit content that you have the right to use and share.
By participating in the community, you understand that published content may be displayed to other users within Veliko. You agree not to post unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, threatening, deceptive, sexually exploitative, spammy, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Veliko may offer optional AI preview tools that generate style imagery based on the images you choose to provide. These tools are intended for visual reference only. Generated results may vary, may not reflect real-world fit or appearance, and should not be treated as a guarantee of styling, suitability, or commercial outcome.
You should only submit images that you are authorized to use. If you choose to use AI preview, you acknowledge that the feature may involve third-party processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
AI preview begins only when you choose to continue with the feature.
Generated previews are visual guidance, not product guarantees or fit assurances.
Veliko may provide optional paid features, including virtual credits or similar in-app entitlements. Prices, package contents, and purchase terms may be presented within the app. Availability may vary, and certain purchases may be handled by platform payment providers.
Virtual items, credits, and related balances are provided for use within the service as described in the product experience. Except where required by law or platform policy, they are not cash equivalents and may not be redeemable outside the service.
Veliko, its design language, service materials, and related content made available by the service remain protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. Except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from service materials without permission.
You remain responsible for ensuring that any content you upload, publish, or send through Veliko does not violate another person's intellectual property or proprietary rights.
You agree not to misuse Veliko, interfere with the service, bypass product restrictions, exploit the community, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy content without permission, abuse payment flows, upload malicious material, or use the service in a way that harms users, partners, or the platform.
You also agree not to use Veliko to publish content that violates another person's rights or that undermines community safety, trust, or legal compliance.
Veliko may review reports, restrict visibility, remove content, suspend features, or limit or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, suspected violations, safety concerns, legal risk, payment issues, or operational integrity.
We may also update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed to maintain the platform, improve the product, or comply with legal or platform requirements.
Veliko is provided on an as-available and as-offered basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or that all content, recommendations, or generated previews will meet every expectation or purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Veliko and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service, your content, AI preview outcomes, community interactions, or optional paid features.
